Use our experience and skill to create the vision and design for the project working closely with trusted specialists and always taking into account the client’s wishes as a priority.
Prepare and maintain a Project execution plan.
Coordinate surveys, recommend professional team, achieve planning permissions & consents, apply for licences, liaising with councils, managing agents and solicitors.
Agree project reporting and financial monitoring procedures and implement.
Manage tender process; review and issue tender documents to relevant parties, attend interviews, assess returns, and advise clients.
Undertake regular site visits to constantly monitor performance and progress of the Professional Team and Contractor with regular reports to the Client.
Arrange and attend meetings with consultants, contractors and client. Identify and resolve issues.
Ensure all required certificates and guarantees are secured (building control, fire, electrical and gas safety, etc)
Identify and resolve snagging list. Oversee delivery and installation of all fixtures fittings and furniture.
